That is a good feeling Blueberry!   :cheer:

I will have to take some time to visit the Healing Porch.  That really sounds inviting and peaceful.

:cheer:  Cool! Good to know something good in my life can make your day!

I got quite a lot done today too, with more planned for tomorrow.

you go, blueberry.  taking advantage of when you're able, resting when you're not.  sounds like a recipe for continuing to move forward.  love it!  love and hugs

I've been pretty active this past week (it's Friday today), mostly in the garden and the kitchen. Wednesday was a bit of a slow day and today I felt very sluggish and went back to my bed and fell asleep multiple times while writing a slightly difficult email. But then late afternoon/evening, I got going in the garden/yard and did quite a lot of bits and pieces.  :cheer: for me, even when a bit tired, I'm not collapsing completely. That feels new.

honestly, blueberry, it sounds new, but not in a harsh way.  more of a comfortable way, as in you seem to have been comfortable with being so active.  well done!  it's a pleasure to hear this.   love and hugs

I think of you Blueberry during the day and it helps me to keep moving - thank you!

I'm glad for you that it feels different - in a good way- which is so awesome.

Thank you all! I feel sluggish today, which may be partially on account of the weather, but nonetheless I've managed to keep going with a few things, like cooking up homemade soup and doing duolingo lessons.

Yum, homemade soup sounds lovely.

Spring weed soup with a little milk to round out the flavour and stale bread as croutons. Surprisingly tasty.

Slow sluggish day today as well, but I have had my early meds and done my duolingo, and at least opened my window if not actually gone outside. Yesterday I wrote a good list of things I could do today. That only helps if I take the actual list in hand though.

Glad you enjoyed the soup.

hey, blueberry, i'd count making the list as an accomplishment as well.  i'm so proud of you, (if it's my right to say so), your system that has been activated, and your forage feasts.  i do love me some soup!  and, just to let you know, your activation has still been helping activate myself  in being more physical, so just wanting to let you know, you've helped me across the miles.  thanks for that!  love and hugs

 Hi Blueberry,

I don't know if this fits for you - please disregard if it doesn't...

It's okay to not be productive, to take some time to rest, do nothing, do unproductive things.

Sluggishly sitting with you.
