Looking for information on online meetings

Greetings everyone,

I haven't been here for some time now. I wanted to ask if anyone knows of resources where I can find international online groups (video meetings) led by therapists or people who are skilled in working with trauma survivors? I don't mind if it's payed, I'm comfortable with paying some smaller sum per month as long as it's led by someone who is trained working with trauma.

I'm looking for therapist led groups because peer online groups got unsafe really easily for me, depending how much their admins are regulated or healed. This was my experience with the last group I was in and the reason I had to leave although I liked the people there, and I'm quite down that I have lost that familiarity with a group. I'm also somewhere on the spectrum although i still can't get an assesment, it's like that joke - undiagnosed but something is definetly wrong.  ;D  So, would help but it's not a must for neurodivergense awerness to be included.

Thx in advance, any help is appreciated. :heythere:

If you go to Psychology Today (https://www.psychologytoday.com/), they have lists of therapists by country and for each T there is a lot of info such as who does groups virtually by city. You should be able to find a group through this database. There are other databases too, some of which are listed here - https://www.cptsd.org/forum/index.php?topic=881.0.

Good luck!

Thank you very much Kizzie.

I'll go trough the links to see what I can find.
