Suicide/Self Harm Guideline has been Updated

A new sub-forum (also termed a child board)  "Co-Morbidities"  has been added to the forum "Development of CPTSD in Adulthood."  As such, the Member Guidelines have been adjusted according to read:

Posts about Suicide/Self-Harm

First and foremost, we ask that members only to talk about SI/SH in a general sense. If you have any current desire/intent to self-harm or commit suicide, first and foremost don't post in the forum as you need to reach out for professional help. Contact your physician or therapist, a local Emergency Room or any of the organizations listed  here.

General posts about suicide and/or self-harm may be made in one of two sub-forums:

• "Suicide/Self Harm" in the "Symptoms" forum for those who developed CPTSD as a result of childhood trauma - http://outofthefog.net/C-PTSD/forum/index.php?board=223.0.
• "Suicide/Self Harm" in the "Symptoms" forum for those who developed CPTSD as a result of trauma in adulthood - http://cptsd.org/forum/index.php?board=233.0

Please help us to keep the forum safe for all members by reporting posts which talk about SI/SH in any forums other than the one above.  Moderators will then edit, move, or remove the posts accordingly.
