Considering everything, I'm doing okay

I have to say, I'm having a lot come up with my dad's death.  I've had memories, family issues, now it looks like accusations against my dad are surfacing.  Three months ago I couldn't of handled this.  Now it sucks, but I am surviving.  I am having eating disorder issues, but I have not hurt myself.  I have turned to all of the coping tools I have learned.  Last night I thought my safety plan exploded in my bedroom.  Still, I actually followed my safety plan and it helped.  It's not easy, but I am able to tolerate it.  Who knew this could actually happen.  I have to say, I am proud of myself!!!!!
