Just got myself through a flashback

Hi!
I just had a brief uneasy feeling frightened, and for no particular reason. 

I breathed and talked to my Inner Child to soothe her fears and brought her and myself back to the present.  In a few minutes.  That's huge!  "YUGE"

YAY Me-I'm a great Mommy and Me and  My younger self are beautiful and brilliant!!!!

That is huge.  I am reading so many positive things today and it is so nice.  It also gives other's hope and ideas.
