New Here, Trying Something Out

Hi everyone!I developed CPTSD from enduring years of neglect from my single-mother who has Bipolar Disorder and refuses to be medicated. I was placed into foster care and eventually was placed in an amazing home but the trauma continued as my relationship grew and changed with my mom. I found this forum because some of my symptoms feel like things no one else can understand, partially because I myself do not understand them or the triggers. I am hoping to find some people who can relate and make me feel less alone in this disorder.
