Hello, I'm new and I'd like to be part of this community

I'm not so good at introducing myself, since I done it so many times and places online. So here I go.. my name I go by on here is Harorudo ( or Haro ) a silly inside joke between my older sister and I. It means Harold in Japanese. ( Oh, and I'm half Japanese and many other ethnic backgrounds as well. So yes I'm multiracial. ) I'm a female in my 30s I recently discovered I had C-PTSD since when I was 28. Though honestly I think it started and I wasn't aware nor knew what it was at age 12.

Since my online trauma started at age 12. I both have trauma from very extreme online situations growing up to in person bad things happening too me. My family is all I have however even though they love, support and want the best for me. They don't understand my trauma and fully support me there. ( They think it's not a big deal and get over it ) It's a long story to explain. More or less I just have my therapist who gets me and helps me improve my life by giving me tools to live with it, without it taking over my life.

I'm not sure what else to say so I'll leave this as that. Thank you anyone who takes the time to read this or replies. I'll see you around the forum.
