I know there's a programme on TV called 'Unforgivable' which is a screen play about CSA and normally I'd want to watch programmes about that, but I am reticent about possibly watching this one, as I fear how I might be affected, and so I just wondered if anyone has seen it, and whether it was something that they found helpful/interesting.

The programme is discussed and described in this article which is from a magazine (Woman & Home), and a link is here:

The article is by Debra Waters and is called 'What Unforgivable teaches us about trauma and forgiveness."

I guess some of my own reticence comes from not knowing if I feel 'ready' to watch it - but at the same time, I am wondering if I would be missing out on some learning perspectives if I didn't watch it.

In my experience, I will come across the learning perspectives in a different context when I'm ready. I hope the same goes for you to Hope.
