Hi, I am a 32 yr old women who suffers from CPTSD caused primarily by chilhood emotional abuse. I have a hard time verbalizing my emotions and connecting with others. I have my guard up at most times because that is how I survived my childhood. I joined this website because I want to connect with others and feel like I am not alone.
