Hello ; I want to thank all of you for your support. I asked the super for help, he came ,was happy ,to help, and kind, he said if I needed something, personal fixed ,to  ask him, he can come on Saturdays, this is outside of his job, which is building issues .Wow, I feel like I am somebody ,I matter , I had no idea how powerful it is to be able to ask, for something I need and it happens , I feel recognized , noticed , it was worth all of the anxiety and stress,to ask in order to have these good feelings, and the item was fixed, as well. Now I understand  much better why I have the feelings I have, from being ignored , by my so-called mother not ,recognizing my needs, I felt invisible  ,and  even  being punishing by her for needing anything , I assume that is how NPDs are.

Hi Alexandra,

This experience is so powerful to reconstruct in yourself what is a normal, kind, human response to expressing needs and asking for help. I'm so glad you've done the very hard thing of doing this for yourself, and then to internalize this as an affirmation that you do matter, and you are worthy of being seen and heard and helped.

And for no money at all.

Yes.

Amazing!
