Neuro Linguistic Programming - anyone tried it?

I'm booked in for an NLP session and now feel a bit nervous and unsure about it.

If anyone has done it and can describe it for me, that would be such a help.

i haven't tried nlp, coco, but maybe you can look it up and find some info on it, just to acquaint yourself with the fundamentals and goals.  that might put you more at ease.  hope it's helpful.
