I stumbled on this site trying to ask dr google whats wrong with me.  This may be my answer.  My husband was mentally and emotionally abusive to me.  Convinced me and the dr that i was bi polar later found out i wasnt.  When i refused to take my meds he had the cops come and take my one year old daughter from me and filed for divorce.  He convinced the judge to have my parental rights taken away.  The only way to get my kid back was to move back in with him so i did.  I was scrutinized over everything i did.  Later i found out he has been cheating on me with another man for the last 14 years.  He has everyone around me convinced hes a good guy.  He tells me no one would ever want me now.  I have anxiety attacks a lot.  Sometimes i wake up thinking hes taken the kids again.  Is this enough to cause symptoms?

Although we're not able to diagnose you, what you've described sounds like narcissistic abuse and is a major topic for discussion.
