It's not directly and solely about menopause but I found it helpful nonetheless - more food for thought.

There's a free Hormone Super Conference coming up. See https://www.cptsd.org/forum/index.php?topic=15833.0

Edited to add: At least some of the sessions are about menopause, but by no means all. I think some sessions are re-runs from the Trauma Super Conference above. Dr. Anu Arasu is speaking again but I don't think hers is a re-run.

Im not yet in menopause. But I know my cptsd responds wildly to every fall in hormones - giving birth, quitting breastfeeding, quitting the pill, pms.

It heightens fear and shame and anger.

I dislike it. But I'm fearing the same with menopause.

Im contemplating primrose oil and agnus castus for pms. Saffron also helps. No clue, but perhaps there's herbal remedies like that for menopause as well.
