Thank you for that reminder Kizzy. That there were mentions of the future so he does like me. It's funny that didn't occur to me in that way lol. I definitely think being isolated for so long and not really healing some things I have wanted to yet plays into my anxiety. But, I definitely have all the C-PTSD symptoms so that is understandable for sure.

Plus in the same morning I had to write my dad a birthday card and send him a gift for the birthday that I refused to go to. It was sort of a lot to process all at the same time. Plus a friend did not act interested when I told her I was going out with him. Things like that can throw me off and gives me something else to have to process through before I can release it..

Definitely those kinds of things can throw you off.  If you can focus on what a good experience you had with your date (cause it sounds like it was a date), it might help defuel those other things.
