i'm here to sit w/ my grieving.  i just want to hear the water lapping at the shore, rock on the porch, fluffy blanket and pillow and just dive into these feelings.  there are so many of them.

Just brewed a big teapot of freshly picked chamomile blossoms, it's on the table. Help yourself.
I'm going to putter in the garden.

i need to de-stress from my distress from the past week.  i brought some vegetarian baked beans - sweet and tangy - to share, and meatless hot dogs for some beans and franks.  had some the other day - yummy!  other than that, just gonna putter in the garden, rock on the porch, listen to the water lapping against the shore, enjoy watching everyone's animals playing w/ each other.  whew!  that was me expelling some stress.

I'm joining you on the healing porch SanMagic, and everyone else who is here now.  I love the sound of water lapping on the shore - it's so peaceful here.

I think I'm going to take a turn at sitting near the fire with a blanket and hot chocolate.  I just started reading a book to help me understand more about trauma stemming from parents, and I already need a break.

Wow, I just discovered this healing porch. I need some company. And this feels like a relaxing and safe place Thanks everyone for being here. A porch just feels so homely to me

I'm spending a relaxing morning on the porch.  I've made some Toasted Pecan coffee and chocolate croissants, plenty for everybody.  I'll be sitting on a couch with my cat on my lap.

I will just quietly munchin on that and listen to the birds and the light breeze stroking peacefully through the leaves of the trees ...
