The Joyful Heart Foundation is a national non-profit organization started by actress Mariska Hargitay (Law and Order) in 2004.  Its mission is "to transform society's response to sexual assault, domestic violence, and child abuse, support survivors' healing, and end this violence forever."  The site has numerous resources in both English and Spanish.
