Slam Poem about Gaslighting *Triggers*

This isn't my poem. It's by a slam poet I found online, who is amazing. The first time I listened to this, I cried. It's so powerful and bang on. I listen to it a lot now. I find it cathartic and I thought some others would, too.

That said, I think it could be really, really triggering for someone if you're in a sensitive place. So, just be careful about the place you're in when you watch it. It's worth watching, but only when it's a strong day.
