Autism or CPTSD?

Hello,
I was diagnoses with aspergers back when it was in the manual (now it's classified under autism).  But upon learning about cptsd, I questioned whether I have aspergers at all.  I don't know.  There are many overlaps, and the reasoning behind the cptsd difficulties seems to resonate more with me than the reasoning behind the aspergers difficulties.  At the same time, I'm very logical, systematic, literal, direct and honest, so I may have aspergers too.  I feel like my social difficulties stem mostly from shame/not feeling entitled to belong, but I also think that the way I process information is also very different from most of the people I meet and this definitely contributes to my social difficulties.  So I'm kind of thinking it's a little of both.  I wonder how your journey is progressing after 4 months.  I was happy to see your post, as I'm in the middle of it too.
