UK - What help is available/do you get? - dissociation

Hi,

This post is pretty much summed up in the title.  I'm after anyone from the UK who has some sort of dissociative condition, and just want to know what sort of help they get in their area (and which area this is and is it NHS)?  I'm just curious about what would be the best and the available treatments for this.  If there's anyone living in the South/South East region, then I'd be particularly keen to hear from yourselves.

Also, how did you go about getting a diagnosis in the first place?  I have a dx of EUPD (or as one psychiatrist said to me, CPTSD).  But I don't have a dx of any dissociative conditions.  You may/may not have seen my 2 posts about possible DID and a bad dissociative experience at work (in Symptoms).  So it's playing quite a part in my life.  So it might be good to put a name to it and to get some help on board.  I'm just not sure how.  Thanks,
