paraded with charades of affection
       cast down without a second thought

a girl on fire
     kept aflame and
          cast aside by her creator

a girl on fire
     acknowledging hurt
          perpetuated by this "savior"

angels are a warning -
do not be afraid of me
be afraid of who created me.
