I think I joined this forum awhile ago but am unsure if I have made any posts. Sorry. I have finally started therapy for CPTSD and am kind of muddling through at this point. I am here because of childhood trauma caused by both of my parents which I am just now beginning to try to heal from. I hope to be of some support to others who are on this journey.
