Just found the site today - it is a relief to know I am not alone, yet also sad.
I am in therapy (again). Considering medication (depression, chronic insomnia, lack of appetite, etc), but afraid of trying to find a doc or psych who might put me through the wringer again.
Feeling quite fragile.
Trying to work on my doctorate while dealing with all this chaos in my head is more than overwhelming.
