I dont know what i am doing but im havn a hard time. Recognizing flashbacks has been difficult lately. I have parts and dont want them. Its hard to be around people luckily i have a therapist that is good. Sometimes i want to give up. When does life get better?

Having flashbacks need advice on how to get away from them. I can see and feel them. They are makung me physically ill.
