a) Switch off the TV.
b) put your feet on the ground.
c) feel the ground.
d)Slow your breathing.
e) take deep slow breaths. Fill your lungs with air and release.
f) talk to your self. Repeat to your self. I am okay. This is okay. I am okay. Nothing else matters. I am okay. I can do this. (because you can do this!!!)
g) see if taking a shower or moving physically helps.
h) Call a friend. Talk to a friend. If it doesn't help, call 911 or go to the ER.
