Is lying about achievements or lying to fit in , like saying you did or were into something that another was in order to fit in a symptom? Scare I'm just nuts. Not worded very well , but I haven't slept much..

Thanks so much. Is it common for people with CPTSD to have little to no empathy at times? God I've been on so many pills! I went from people pleasing to shutdown.... also do you know if compulsive lying about achievements is one? Sometimes I think I'm just nuts.
