Hi!

I am running a project encouraging survivors of trauma, specifically those who suffer CPTSD, to share art as a way to heal and connect. I've always found that creativity has been so helpful for me in terms of healing so I've set this up to try and share that with others.

When it comes to art it can be anything at all, paintings, poetry, sketches. Anything at all that someone feels like they'd want to share on the website. These can be credited or completely anonymous. Also you absolutely don't have to be an artist to share, this project is for everyone seeking healing and connection.

Hi!

I'm new here and wanted to say hello, I'm a survivor of child abuse, including physical, sexual and mental abuse. I have CPTSD and have worked a lot on healing but I'm still a really long way off.

I created my account here to post in the Creative Expressions forum about an art project I am running to try to connect with other survivors. I'm not always that good at talking so in many ways I've channelled trying to connect and heal into my work and art, but I never meet anyone who really understands. Maybe now I have this account here I'll talk to people who get it!
