Hi there,
I'm new to this forum and CPTSD. I had previously never thought I had suffered from trauma never-mind CPTDS. A recent diagnosis of PTSD in a very close family member is what started me on my research journey that has led me here and to the belief that I may have CPTSD. What I've read so far certainly makes particular things/feeling/reactions/struggles that I have dealt with in life make complete sense to me now. I'm astonished to say the least.
I may share more later once I've come to terms with this but for now I am soaking up all of the knowledge I can about C/PTSD in order to help my family member and possibly help myself along the way as well.
