I am a victim of ongoing CPTSD attacks in life and at work. Would like to have a normal life. Everything I have done so far was a kind of battle. Now I'm in the storm.

Anon, I removed the attachment because it was blocked and didn't deal with CPTSD. The forums are for discussing CPTSD so if you would plse post about why you are here. Perhaps tell us why you think you are having attacks at work and in life in general.
