Hi, just wanted to say that I am still alive.

Sorry that i am so bad at checking out when I'm not going to post for a while. Lately, I have been dealing with some things that feel too off-topic to post about here. But I think about you all regularly, and it remains a source of comfort that this place exists.

We all have these moments when we're needing to express ourselves, even if it hurts sometimes. Or if it's neutral; doesn't matter...we say things, and then we don't. We empathize with each other, and want to lend support as best we can. And realize that here we're free to express however much or little or profound or not as we choose. Sometimes it 's just nice to check in, or not, without judgement and/or fear of being disallowed or condemned just for being sensitive or fragile.

Good to see you're still riding along, too. Feels more complete to have you here :hug: .
