Hi Arnie,

Feel free to read around in the Forum or also Resources. People here are very helpful, I find. "looking for any help" is a bit vague though. If at some point you can be a bit more specific, that would help me certainly. If you don't feel up to writing anything yet, that's fine too. No rush, no pressure. Take your time.

hi, arnie,  so glad you found us.

this place has been very supportive for me, with lots of caring, kind people who have 'been there'.  i hope anything you read or share on this forum is helpful for you.
