A tricky subject, to be sure.... Perhaps that explains the lack of responses. Have you looked on pete-walker.com? I'm sure there are reference materials he recommends...in his book "Complex PTSD: From Surviving to Thriving", he lists a number of books starting on page 303, in what he calls a "bibliotherapy" guide. One listed there was "Hold Me Tight", Sue Johnson - sounded like it might fit what you need.
