Thank you for the welcome and supporting words!
I have found 12step fellowships helpful over the years and still attend. One that may be useful to others is a fellowship called Adult Children of Alcoholics. Their literature is worth a read.

That's good to hear :)

I too have and do attend 12 step programmes and cannot have enough gratitude for what I've been given ( wouldn't like to think where I would be without )
