Just out of curiosity, does anyone know of any online free CPTSD support groups that aren't about substance abuse? Like, actual meetings, not post-and-reply things like here and FB groups, but scheduled meetings. Everything I find seems substance-abuse adjacent. (and I don't want something that's going to talk about "God" or "higher powers" or "amends".)
My time is flexible, so time zone may not matter.
There is an organization called CPTSD Foundation that I believe may do live calls.
Their monday youtube talks (with live chat) are great and I already attend. Unfortunately, their daily support calls are a paid subscription and that's not in the budget. It's too bad, i really do like that group. Athena is such a gentle soul to listen to.
