Wow. Tears in my eyes. When they showed all those windows together with people singing, I thought about all those who journey with cptsd (and for me DID), all the therapists helping those with trauma, the friends and family who care, the unknown people on the other end of a crisis phone line, etc. I thought about the many times I've been curled up in a ball, deep in a flashback, feeling utterly alone; in childhood I was completely alone. Not now. Not alone anymore.

This is one of my favorite songs. I've listened to it numerous times as it is such a wonderful healing message.
It really is isn't it Learning to live? When I listen to it I picture all of us here welcoming new members and just soaking up that feeling of not being alone with our trauma any more. :grouphug:
