I'm going on holiday till Sunday. Alas, not of the beach variety but 4 days healing retreat preceded by visiting a friend en route.
I've been at this healing retreat place before. It does me a lot of good and I'm looking forward to it, despite lack of beach. ;)

Thanks everybody! :) I experienced a lot during the retreat (group therapy!) and once things settle a bit, I'll be able to say that I've moved a big step forwards :) I probably won't be responding to many posts in the next few days, though I may write a fair bit for myself. I'll see.

:) Good to hear of the positive experience. I know when I've done these it does take a while after to sort out what happened (or didn't) to boost and clarify where things are at.
So relax and take good care as you assess where this new experience has brought you.
