Title: Yoga Therapy

Just started doing yoga therapy as a supplement to traditional talk therapy. Yoga has always been really helpful for me emotionally, and I'm hoping that this will help me further bring my recovery and my practice together. Does anyone else have experiences with this kind of work?

Every night for one hour before bed I do yoga stretches - not actual yoga practice but the stretches to my own soothing music. This along with mindfulness is helping me get more restful sleep.

I have Roku and there are many yoga.programs. thanks for.the reminder! I think I'll add.that to my repertoire.  I've recently become unemployed and this is not my year of the sheep, rather year of the ram! Charging ahead with a focus on healing. I see Van der Kolk and other therapists strongly rrecommend yoga.
