Please look at EMDR, NLP and EFT for cptsd, I'm having all 3 and each offer something a little different but are so powerful in making you feel better. Look at YouTube or Google for specific links but all 3 are helping me so much with cptsd.
That's great, glad you're finding useful tools / methods Eyessoblue! I use EFT sometimes too. My trauma T taught me it.
