I don't want to start off with a rant but I'm posting on a C-PTSD site.
I can't restrain myself
I can't believe I have C-PTSD. I never seriously considered it, until I started feeling lonely today. Normally I never allow myself to feel lonely. I have always self-treated for a host of other things. I don't tend to post online for help anymore, until now. I've sought recovery for a lot of things but this is unbelievable to me. I can't believe that happened to me. I am just coming to know this now?????
