Title: Christmas cards
Post by: Blueberry on December 19, 2017, 10:49:26 PM
Over the past couple of days I've received Xmas cards from a few members of extended family. I've been pleasantly surprised that there have been no Flying Monkey attempts. They wish me a Merry Xmas, Happy new Year, and some add a bit of their own news but nobody has given me any news about parents and sibs, which is good, because if I wanted that I'd get it for myself.

I answered one of them today. I felt I did OK. I responded to the things s/he said about self, but I didn't offer any information on me, because that would undoubtedly be passed on. I don't think this relative sent a card in order to glean information from me, but the idea of not passing harmless-sounding information on to rest of FOO would be very foreign to them.
