The day I realised my heart jumped a beat
That same day I noticed I could finally sleep
I listened I heard I saw it all
I got up jumped up and would no longer fall
My eyes suddenly widened the glisten returned
My mouth started smiling which was something I'd yearned
That heaviness that had surrounded my heart, it broke away and was finally apart
I breathed slowly clearly and free
I'd broken through and suddenly found me
I'd been buried and smothered so sad and depressed
All I'd wanted was to be laid out to rest
But the grey cloud that was over my head it left me and that feeling of dread
Suddenly I'm alive yes I can finally believe
The world is at my feet allowing me to see
My future glowing beautifully gold
And this is my story, and now it's been told.
