I am reading (for the second time) the book "Boundaries, Where You End and I Begin."  It is a small book, but not a light read.  I feel it could have just been written about me.  For me it should be required reading annually.  It is a reminder of how my boundaries were violated, what boundaries are, and how I need to maintain them for me.

Thanks for sharing, I've added this one to my Amazon basket. Boundaries were encroached before I knew what they were... this looks nourishing.
