I've just joined OOTS ... I developed C-PTSD after growing up and living in child abuse for 33.5 years ... I've been working on my healing and recovery process ever since I escaped (24 years) ... However, I still find myself going through some rough patches here, yonder and there ... And, even though daze is a play on the word days, I think it aptly applies as I do feel kinda dazed when struggling through difficult days ... Hoping to find this site helpful since other sites I've tried don't quite seem to "get" what it is to deal with C-PTSD ... Even though they try - it's like a foreign language to people that don't actually have it themselves! ... Thanks for letting me share!

Welcome!!
Welcome! Cptsd does seem to have its own language. We're all fluent! :D Thanks for joining
:heythere:
Welcome, I believe the more you post, read, reply you will see that we get it here and you are not alone.
Welcome PFrog! :heythere: As Three Roses suggests, we are all fluent in CPTSD so post away, there's not much that raises an eyebrow around here .
What does the "P" strand for by the way?
Thanks for all the welcomes, y'all ...
As for the "P" in Pfrog, it's simply silent ... Kinda unique & quirky ... Like me!
;)
Do I detect a PG Wodehouse fan?
I was expecting "purple" lol. Quirky is good
Welcome! Hope you're finding some helpful information here.
