Title: The 8-Hour Sleep Myth
Post by: alovelycreature on November 16, 2014, 04:33:50 PM
I can't find the thread about issues with sleeping. I found this article about the 8-hour sleep myth. http://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-16964783

Thanks for this article!!    I may just try the getting up for two hours in between first and second 4-hour cycles of sleep, IF I do wake up.     I was also reading on the sleep historians web page, how in the past, someone used that time to "pilfer the neighbor's firewood" ...oh how things change, and how things stay the same.

So, waking up I the middle of the night ...it is normal.   Something else we find we do that is ...normal.
