My T told me about a free app called "What's Up?". There are several with the same name, the one she recommended had a picture of a small hand in a larger hand on a red background. Anyway, I d/l it and like it a lot. Completely free but you can donate and get different "themes".

There are tools to help you get grounded, to stay in the present, etc. Very good for anxiety or panic imo. Thought I'd let you guys know about it.

Okay, this is pretty stinkin' cool, especially the grounding questions.  I think it'll be perfect for me at work when I'd rather it not be really obvious that I'm grounding. 

Just a heads up for people that are looking for it, when I find it in the Google store, for me the image was a small hand in a large one.
