Hi

I'm a 43yo survivor of CSA. I have not received a diagnosis of CPTSD but all that I have read about it fits in with my experiences.

I'm finding it very difficult to deal with at times and am hoping to find some new insights here.

We have a specific section on CSA (http://outofthefog.net/C-PTSD/forum/index.php?board=159.0) and that may be a place for you to safely share (some) of your experiences.
It may also be triggering for you to read others stories, as well as validating your own experiences.
Know that you are not alone in having gone through that, and take it at your own pace.

Off course you are free to post and share in any of the other boards on this site.
