Hello - I'm so glad I found this forum. I am new-ish to this diagnosis (about 2 years) but have spent that time without support or treatment for it ... I think I was just mired in grief? Idk. Anyway, it's time to come out of hiding and face this. I'm in my late 50's and have only been told I have MDD, until 2 years ago. With the further identification of cptsd, so many questions have been answered. It is nice to feel validated.

Nice to meet you, Three Roses. I'm glad you've joined in, especially because I am also In my late 50s and have MDD and a late-life diagnosis of cPTSD.
