Just like to wish everyone a happy hallloween, whatever you are doing.
I know I am hypervigelant at the moment, so my fear of paranormal etc is crazy this year, and all the fireworks going off making me jump doesnt help, so I hope you are all ok despite that issue if you are also going through that, and i hope you can find something to make your hallween special.

We went to chalice well today in Glastonbury uk and joined in a group meditation it was very beautiful

Winter a time for rest and peace - rejuvenation and nurture

Cosy - fireworks are cracking outside lots of people out on Saturday night and I am here happy :)
