Hi everyone, :wave:
I'm new here, and honestly a little nervous about posting. I recently started group and individual therapy and only just learned that what I've been dealing with might be C-PTSD.
I'm still trying to accept that what happened was trauma and that it's okay to feel affected by it. Right now I'm just working on things like being scared of touch, struggling with guilt, and learning how to care for myself day by day.
