Hi everyone,
I just had a quick look at the first of the videos (about Havening) in Christy Gibson's resources area online, and I think they will probably all be good - so I'm posting it here - incase anyone wishes to have a look. I will hope to watch them later in the week - and I'm especially interested in the one about Tremoring.
Question: Has anyone else tried Tremoring? Do you have any thoughts about the process and effects of doing it? I am considering trying it. But I am a bit apprehensive too.
Anyway, I hope others find this resource to be helpful, and thanks to Christy Gibson for these resources:

I tried the Havening video today - I found it really good and think I will be able to do some of the exercises independently, but I will probably follow the video a couple more times before doing that.
I also watched the video about Tremoring, and I tried it too. My experience was that I didn't tremor at all, so I'm not sure why that was. But I certainly feel ok, and will try to do it another day. I feel like I've done a yoga work-out though, as the exercises were working my muscles!
I haven't watched the other 2 videos yet, but I hope to do so sometime.
Hope :)

I just wanted to add that overnight (whilst getting to sleep and through the night too) I noticed that there was some outlet of tremor/tension - I felt it several times. It felt like previous times when stuff flows out of my body (tingling hands were the first thing I noticed, but it did go like a wave through my body). I didn't jerk or move much though - not like Christy was doing on her video. It was like a feeling of release. So maybe for me it was a delayed reaction - i.e. I did the video in the evening, and this was about three hours later, when I relaxed at bedtime to sleep.
I'm definitely going to try it again. I might wait a couple of days though.
Hope :)
