Here's a summary of the fine print about cost:
It's free during the 14-day summit (April 22 - May 5) and access is included to a full replay for 48 hours at the end of the summit. Unlimited access is currently available for purchase at $47, which increases to $97 on May 10.

Yeah sorry, I should have worded differently. These things are always free during the 5-day period (or however long) the presentations are running. Then they cost money.
